formulaDeadline
For a specific day: affirmations focused on your date, the 369 technique and 12 benefits.
- 12 benefits that you choose
- Concise, detailed affirmations, focused on your date
- The 369 reprogramming technique
- Affirmations mixed in several layers
The techniques in your formula
This is what I do differently in this formula: how I write your affirmations and how I mix them with your music.
- 01
Affirmations with a date
I write your affirmations around the day you give me, so the whole audio points to that moment.
- 02
369 technique
I arrange the affirmations in cycles of three, six and nine repetitions, a rhythm that helps them stick.
- 03
Several layers
Your affirmations play in several layers at once, at different volumes and positions within the music.
