formulaSimple
My simplest formula: a personalized subliminal, easy and straightforward.
- 8 benefits that you choose
- Direct affirmations, in the first person
- Your favorite songs or relaxing sounds
- Simple techniques and mix
The techniques in your formula
This is what I do differently in this formula: how I write your affirmations and how I mix them with your music.
- 01
First-person affirmations
Short, clear sentences, written as if you were saying them: «I am», «I have». It's the base of all my formulas.
- 02
A simple mix
One layer of affirmations blended with your music, at a comfortable volume to listen to every day.
- 03
Your songs or relaxing sounds
You choose the background you enjoy. If you like how it sounds, you'll listen to it more often.
